How Do I Take FBCx®

FBCx® is a soluble fiber that, unlike any other fiber that has been studied, forms a stable complex with nine times its weight in dietary fat. Thus, in order for FBCx® to assist you in your weight loss, you must take it when you have fat in your stomach. We recommend that you take two tablets of FBCx® within one hour before, after, or during each meal that contains at least 18-20 grams of fat. Typically, North Americans consume about 100 grams of fat each day. Ideally, you need to spread this fat consumption out over three balanced and nutritious meals.

FBCx® works by binding with dietary fat; therefore, FBCx® may not be an ideal approach for you to lose weight if you are on a low-fat diet plan. If you are in habit of eating plain cereal with skim milk and black coffee for breakfast, you may not wish to take FBCx® as it is unlikely to have any beneficial effect.
